What’s the complete Procedure?
Yeah!The complete procedure is given below:

• In above steps,i advised you to open a Liberty Reserve account and fund it.You will need it now.Go to http://www.virtual-cc.com/en/order and buy a Paypal VCC Plus.You must buy only this and not the one which is slightly cheaper.Normally it costs around $10.99.During purchase,you will be asked to provide your email address.It may take 24 hours to reach to you inbox.The screenshot of the same is shown below:

 
 Register on Paypal by visiting http://www.paypal.com/c2. It is a Paypal Signup page for Chinese Customers.The screenshot of the same is shown below:

Now enter your details on the next page.Don’t use the already used email address.You can use your real name but not the real address.Since you are signing up as chinese,you must provide chinese address as mentioned in above steps.Make sure that the below given checkbox is unchecked.

 If it ask for linking the credit card,skip it by click on “Go to My Account”.The screenshot of the same is shown below:

 Check your Inbox.If you have received your Credit card from Liberty Reserve then Login to your Paypal account and click on “Add credit card”.The screenshot of the same is shown below:

 Finally click on “Confirm my debit or credit card” option in your Paypal Account.The screenshot of the same is shown below:

You will see the below given screen.Simply click on “Get started” button.

• After hitting the country button,your virtual credit card will be charged $1.95.You will have to provide 4-digit code to complete the procedure.
• You will see the below given screen:

• As shown in the above figure,it will send you a 4 digit pin.You can now logout from your Paypal account.
• Now go to virtual-cc.com and click on “Paypal Code Request” link and enter your email and credit card number.The screenshot of the same is shown below:

Once done,you will get an email notification.It can take 2 to 3 days.During this period,keep checking your SPAM folder as well.Once you got that email,follow the link of virtual-cc.com.In next page,you will see your Paypal verification code.The screenshot of the same is shown below.

• Now make sure that you are using the “Your Freedom” software because it is mandatory as it changes your I.P address.
• Then login to your Paypal Account and click on “Confirm my debit or credit card” link.The screenshot of the same is shown below:

In next step,you should enter your 4-digit confidential Pin.The screenshot of the same is shown below:

Necessary Precaution,you must take during the use of this account
